WHEN ALIENS WEEP Species Intervention #6609 JK Accinni Books

This book provides a moving finish to this gripping series. The writing is vivid and intense, putting you into the moment and the setting. An unusual setting it is, too, as survivors of an apocalypse on earth find themselves in the alien world of Oolaha. That setting is filled with interesting characters--human and alien alike. As in previous books in the series, the story is character-driven and your concern for the characters propels you through the well-plotted story. Although there are many fantastical details, the relationships and emotions conveyed by and between Echo, Baby, Ginger Mae, Peter, Jose, Abby, Cobby and other characters bring this book to life. I do love the concept of The Womb, though, so those fantastic bits are fascinating too, as are the aliens imagined and beautifully described by the author. This entire series raises serious questions about human nature, love, politics, violence--social commentary that hits home without being heavy-handed. An impressive accomplishment!

WHEN ALIENS WEEP Species Intervention #6609 JK Accinni Books Reviews

I have fallen in love with this author's work since the very beginning when we were introduced to this world. In book 7 we are not disappointed with the way the book goes. Not everyone will survive the ending of the Earth but those that do get to see inside the Womb and meet even more minions, elders and navigators (who visit different planets and lets the Womb know about them). I have to say I found navigator IV also renamed by Bonnie as Ivy to be just sweet and funny. The way she connected to Bonnie was amazing. We get to see how certain characters deal with not having their loves one with them and what happens to other characters after the Womb finds them. It seems that some people can not let go of the human feeling of jealousy and revenge and we learn of the consequence of that all suffer because of one person.
Once I started reading it was so hard to put down and I honestly can say I want more of these characters. I want to know what happens after everything is said and done so I vote for the author to write more (if the characters let her.)
There is a creature that ends up causes destruction and let me tell you I LOVED the description the author gave us of this creature. I found it to be horrifying in my mind and thought it went perfect with everything that was going down.
I want to say so much in this review but I feel as though I will be giving away a lot. Start with book one and see if you enjoy the story, characters, the world that this author has created.
This is the last book in this series. Full of twists and turns, and I really mean full of them! You think you know what’s coming but then, BANG, the author gives you a twist of a lifetime and leaves you with your mouth open. I know that all good things has to end at some point, but I still have hopes that J.K. Accinni will find a way to continue this series. Maybe a follow up with some of the favorite characters…or something that will take us readers completely by surprise!

I thought about a lot what to write in this review. I wanted to write about the characters, both the old and the new ones, and the plot, but was afraid I might reveal too much. I don’t want a new reader who is looking at the reviews of all of J.K. Accinni’s books to know what happened along the way in this series, so I settle for praising for the uniqueness and cleverness in this book and the pure talent the author has shown us readers in all of her books. Yes, every single book of hers is magnificent and will leave you hungry for more.

The author does remarkable job with placing thought provoking ideas all over the story, and sharing some of her ideology about the world we’re living in. Even though there is darkness in this story, it was a bit lighter than the previous ones. Made me cry more than once, though, so be prepared to the emotional rush whilst the story continues.

This is a gem for adults who love science fiction and something I can highly recommend for every alien lover age 18 and up!
OH MY GOODNESS!! Home? SERIOUSLY?!?!? I am so not ready for this series to be over, although it was a GREAT ending I could still see how the author can make MORE MORE MORE!!! Wish she would rethink this one being the last one, I want to know how the characters end up after everything happens... It is so hard not to give anything away while writing a review but I must say the ending has me thinking that IF she feels like it there COULD be more to the story later on so I am truly hoping her muse comes back for more of this story, it could literally go on forever!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!!! This has been one of the BEST series I have ever read and I am saddened that the author says this is the last book.. I might have to riot over this one because as I said I WANT MORE!!! More Cesar and Tobi, more Bonnie, More Netty Will Kenya Daisy omg ALL of them I LOVE these characters! What a whirlwind experience reading this series I recommend this book to EVERYONE!!!
